All products are handmade from scratch, perishable and customised for your specific order. Please ensure you have given all correct details on the product selection, collection/delivery date, address, and notes section of checkout, as there are no refunds or changes that can be made to your order once it has been placed, or for change of minds.

We do our best to create a cake you 11/10 love, refunds for dissatisfaction on specific colour shades, design or decorations will not be honoured. We do not copy any designs that are sent for inspiration, they are simply inspiration images and we will create a design in our own cake style that is inspired by what you send us, using materials that we love and find, give the best look for your event.

 If you are unhappy with cake quality; texture or flavour please contact us immediately and the cake will need to be returned for us to evaluate, in order to give any sort of refund/credit. In this circumstance, the whole cake must be returned for evaluation, we cannot give a refund for a cake that has been consumed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders placed through the ONLINE STORE (cupcakes, cookies & to order cakes) are final and no changes can be made, check over all details when ordering and make sure they are correct. If you have any concerns or questions before ordering please enquire using the 'contact us' form. We understand sometimes things happen and you may have a circumstance where your event has been cancelled for so and so, we may be able to accomodate with a store credit depending on the timeframe.

For BESPOKE & WEDDING CAKES, a cancellation will result in your 50% non-refundable deposit being forfeited. If the cancellation is within 5 days of event date, your full booking amount will be forfeited, all cancellations must be in writing. If your event date changes, please notify us as soon as possible and the new date will be subject to availability.
